Week One

Week Two
Baby led weaning, hypoallergenic diet, if you need to give meat early to prevent anemia, the different ways to introduce foods to babies and how to determine which is right for you, your baby and your family!

Week Three
How to cook baby foods, simple recipes, ideal ways to store baby foods, and superfoods for super babies! You will learn Jamie’s top foods to keep babies’ immune system in top shape and to provide rapidly growing bodies with proper nutrition.

Week Four
Does your baby need supplements? Jamie discusses supplements and helps you to understand what to look for and if your baby needs them.

Week Five
Putting it all together. Teaching baby healthy eating habits and building a healthy relationship with food, how much should your baby actually be eating, and meal ideas for older babies and toddlers.

Eat Chocolate, Lose Weight

Week One
Understanding the impact hormones have on your waist line. You will learn the basics of how to use foods to lose weight without feeling hungry and deprived. How can chocolate be part of a weight loss program? Well, week one gets right to the good stuff and Jamie teaches you how to enjoy chocolate, along with some of your other favorite foods and still lose weight.

Week Two
Proteins, carbohydrates, fats....You will learn how important all of the macronutrients are to your overall health. Learning how to choose the right carbs, proteins and fats is the key to effortless weight loss.

Week Three
Supplements. Supplements. Supplements. There are so many on the market. Learn which ones work and which ones to avoid. Or if you even need to take supplements at all!

Week Four
This week is all about lifestyle. Stress management, exercise, and bring some joy into your life are all critical for long lasting weight loss. This week you will learn why these things are important and start making a plan to bring them into your life.

The Stress Connection

Week One
Understand your stress hormones and learn how stress is impacting your life in a negative way. Learn the signs and symptoms of excess stress and some basic tips to decrease your stress hormones.

Week Two
Lifestyle tips to help you manage stress better. Hot baths, yoga, meditation, an afternoon nap, a walk in the park. Picking the right activities for you is critical. If you hate yoga, it will not serve to decrease your stress. There are many ways to decrease stress. It is critical to find what will work for your individual needs.

Week Three
Food and Nutrition. Learn about how diet has a significant impact on how you deal with stress. This impact can be either positive or negative. Learn what foods will help your body and which foods further stress your body.

Week Four
Putting it all together. How to build a life that allows you to live life to the fullest. We all have daily tasks that need to get done. Learn how you can manage your time to ensure that you incorporate your de-stress activities, and make time for joy and fun! This balancing act is the key to a full vibrant life without the negative impacts of stress!
